DETAILS: You will love this charming and cozy Keys Holiday Rentals home! There is a wonderful open concept floor plan with 3 nicely proportioned bedrooms and 2 baths. From the main living area sliding doors open into the sunroom extending the living area, and offering views of the canal. Owners have completed significant updates to this home including an all new main level kitchen with new cabinets, refrigerator, dishwasher and stone countertops. Furnishings have been updated and are comfortable and inviting. A ground level kitchen has been added to this home as well! It has double doors that open to the outdoor living area with BBQ and new outdoor furnishings, including an outdoor TV. For the boaters in the family, the deep and wide canal with quick access to the bay will be a favorite. The Channel 5 Bridge is a short ride, and you can be in the Atlantic Ocean in no time. There's a gorgeous private sandy beach only available to residents of the Port Antigua neighborhood. No Smoking.

"What an amazing trip and time! We worked and schooled online during the pandemic so that we could do it from one of the most wonderful places in the world! Highlights included manatees in the canal, day trips to Key West, snorkeling at Alligator Reef, hand picking lobsters at the shack in front of the neighborhood, multiple trips to Anne's Beach, and also enjoying the private beach at Antigua Bay.

"This was the much needed family vacation we longed for! The house was filled with so many fun extras-the kayaks, bikes, fishing poles! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. Our grandchildren learned to catch their first lobsters this trip and take their own catch off the fishing poles on your dock! We enjoyed playing dominos and checkers in the back Florida room and loved the access to the Port Antigua Beach!! Thanks again for helping make our family memories super special!

A Genuine Retreat

"We loved the house and enjoyed many of its friendly neighbors. Especially loved the lanai! We ate breakfast there everyday while watching the beautiful sky and clean canal. Great location. Quiet but close to activities. Looking forward to next year. A genuine retreat.
